WARRANTY

Rods & Reels

Within the first year of purchase we offer our One Year Unconditional, No Questions Asked Warranty. This comprehensive warranty covers almost anything that happens to the product during the first year of purchase (Please note this excludes theft, loss or misplacement) After the first year, our warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod or reel and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the misuse of the product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, missing rod sections and accidental breakage. Loop lifetime Warranty coverage does not extend to any custom work. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product. All Loop rods and reels have lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

 

Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany returned item.

 

If we no longer offer the product (or its spare parts) in question, we
reserve the right to determine if the product will be replaced with our
determination of the closest comparable model. A small service fee will then be added. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement
parts​

Processing, return shipping & insurance

For all return shipments within North America, the original owner will be responsible for a US $60 fee for each repaired item to cover processing, return shipping and insurance. International customers will be charged actual shipping and insurance costs, and will be responsible for all related customs and duty charges.

 

All warranties/service issues shall be sent by the customer or retailer, to the Loop Service Centre to be inspected by our service team. Please post to the following address:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

 

Returns

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
